The staff are friendly. Though the room is simply furnished, it is clean and tidy. Location is within walking distance to Patong Beach and shopping areas.

Perhaps the lighting in the room can be a little brighter. And can serve early breakfast.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is very near Patong beach and within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants with reasonable prices in the neighborhood, making it convenient to find a good meal. The room I stayed in was comfortable, spacious, and clean, providing a pleasant environment to relax in. The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to provide the right information and assistance. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the friendly staff were the best aspects of my stay.

This place is run by a couple of French guys, real friendly and good blokes they are, made me feel right at home. Will stay here again for sure during my next visit...:)

Loved the location! Just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and night markets. The staff were super friendly and always happy to help with any questions about tours or activities. The room was modern and spacious, and the amenities provided were top-notch. Plus, the affordable price for such a high-quality stay was a major bonus.

I recently stayed at a cozy hotel in Patong that offered great value for money. The rooms were clean and well-furnished, with the added bonus of tea/coffee facilities. The hotel also had good Wi-Fi, which is always a plus for me. Additionally, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any faults.

The location of the hotel near the market provides convenience , with plenty of options for dining and takeout. being situated in a quiet area despite the busy surroundings ensures a peaceful stay. Guests can easily access local adventures such as island trips and daily tours, as well as nearby attractions. the rooms are clean and spacious, with good quality linens and hot water in the bathroom. the helpful and friendly staff provide excellent service.

Limited English proficiency of some staff members may pose communication challenges.

Great value for money, spacious rooms and friendly staff. the customer service was excellent with knowledgeable and helpful staff. the location was perfect for me as it was close to shops and markets. the room itself was very comfortable and spacious. I also appreciated having access to a kettle and refrigerator in the room.

Lack of elevator, hot water and hangers in the room. the absence of an elevator made it challenging to carry my luggage to the higher floors, but it was not a deal-breaker.
